The Nationwide League One (NLO) has extended its registration deadline for the 2025 season to April 11, 2025.
Originally scheduled to kick off on April 11, the league's start date has now been pushed to April 16 due to challenges faced by clubs in completing their registration. The delay is attributed to the introduction of a new recognition technology system.
The season will officially begin at Bwari Stadium, Abuja, with full nationwide fixtures commencing on April 23, 2025.
Clubs will compete across 32 centers nationwide, with winners from each center advancing to round-robin playoffs hosted in eight different venues.
At the end of the campaign, eight teams will gain promotion to the Nigeria National League (NNL).
