Inter Lagos FC have confirmed the appointment of Shakiru Biodun Giwa as their new head coach. The experienced tactician has signed a contract that will keep him at the club until June 2026.
Coach Giwa replaces interim manager Bamidele, who steps down with immediate effect. The club’s management believes Giwa's experience will be crucial in their push for promotion to the Nigeria National League (NNL) Super 8 and ultimately secure a spot in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
Giwa, formerly with Stationery FC, emerged as the top candidate for the role and is now tasked with steering the Pride of Lagos towards their ambitious goals.
