Blessed Stars Football Academy have emerged champions of the Kings of the Turf tournament after a thrilling 2-1 comeback victory over Carabana Academy in the final at Eket Stadium.
Carabana Academy took the lead early in the match, but Isaiah Adeoye and Abdulrahman Adeyi responded with decisive goals to secure the title for Blessed Stars.
The tournament featured 12 teams from Akwa Ibom, Abia, and Rivers states, showcasing top young talents in Nigerian grassroots football.
With this victory, Blessed Stars Academy, based in Uyo, solidify their status as one of the most promising academies in the region.
