Enyimba FC Strengthen Squad with New Signings



Enyimba FC has reinforced its squad with several new signings as the team aims for a strong finish to the 2024/2025 season.

The Aba-based club has added depth across all areas of the pitch, securing key players to boost their title challenge. The new arrivals include centre-back Afolayan Peters from Heartland FC, attacking midfielder Opeoluwa Olufemi from Sunshine Stars, and striker Junior Lokosa. Defensive midfielder Gozie Umeh also joins from Sunshine Stars, while midfielder Quadiri Olusunkanmi makes the switch from Heartland FC.

Left-back Solomon Onome strengthens the defense, while Nelson Michael, formerly of Ethiopian club Shashemene Kanema, adds international experience. Defender Ebube Michael is another addition to solidify the squad.

Enyimba FC Chairman, Kanu Nwankwo, expressed confidence in the new recruits, stating:
