Ikorodu City’s head coach, Nurudeen Aweroro, has revealed plans to bolster the team's squad during the ongoing mid-season transfer window. Speaking on Naija Made, Aweroro hinted at bringing in up to three new players to strengthen the team for the challenges ahead.
“We are looking at bringing one, two, three players during this mid-season transfer window. Although these players are not well known in the league,” he stated.
The coach’s remarks suggest a focus on scouting relatively unknown talents, which could be part of a broader strategy to uncover hidden gems and build a more competitive team.
