Plateau United delivered an impressive performance, defeating Remo Stars 3-1 in Jos. The match got off to a fast start when Franklin Ebuka found the net in just the 4th minute, giving the home side an early lead. Their control over the game was evident as they dominated possession and created chances against a struggling Remo Stars defense.
In the second half, Sadiq Abubakar doubled the lead for Plateau United in the 64th minute, capitalizing on a well-constructed attack. Ebuka then added his second goal in the 71st minute, effectively sealing the victory. The hosts were in full control, and their smooth, composed play left Remo Stars chasing shadows for most of the game.
Remo Stars managed to pull one back through Malik Jabbar, who scored in the 83rd minute. However, it was too little, too late as Plateau United comfortably saw out the remainder of the match. With this commanding win, Plateau United continues to assert themselves as a force in the league.
