SUPER EAGLES GOALKEEPER STANLEY NWABALI'S HEARTFELT APPRECIATION: 'WE'RE ALL HUMAN, ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN'

Our Super Eagles goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali, recently took to his social media account to express his heartfelt appreciation to everyone who checked up on him and showed their support during this strenuous time. In his post, he stated, "Thanks to everyone that checked up and showed disquiet in one way or the other at this strenuous time, I appreciate. We’re all human and anything is prone to happen. Onto the next one."

It's truly inspiring to see our beloved goalkeeper acknowledging the care and concern he received from fans, friends, and well-wishers. It's a testament to the strong bond between the Super Eagles and their passionate supporters. In times of difficulty, it's these gestures of support that remind us of the power of unity and the strength of the Nigerian football community.

Stanley Nwabali's message reflects the humility and down-to-earth nature that has endeared him to fans both on and off the field. He recognizes that, despite being a professional athlete, he is still human and susceptible to the challenges that life throws our way. This vulnerability and honesty only make us appreciate him more as a player and as a person.

The Chippa United goalkeeper picked up an injury when he was fouled by Georges-Kevin N’Koudou while saving a cross in his box in Nigeria’s 2-0 win over Cameroon on Saturday.

After being excluded from the group’s training session on Monday, Nwabali returned to full training on Tuesday, boosting his chances of an early return ahead of the test.

As we eagerly await the next match, let's continue to rally behind our Super Eagles and show them that we're with them every step of the way. Together, we can create an atmosphere of positivity.
